Ingredients:
- Take half a boneless chicken
- Take half a kilo of boneless chicken
- A pinch of capsicum in julienne cutting
- One piece of onion julienne cutting
- Two sliced tomatoes
- Four green chilies
- Half a cup of oil
- A teaspoon of garlic paste
- Two teaspoons crushed red pepper
- A quarter teaspoon of turmeric
- A teaspoon of salt
- Two tablespoons of chili sauce
- A quarter cup of ketchup
- Half a teaspoon of chopped black pepper
- Two tablespoons finely chopped green coriander
- Half a teaspoon of hot spices
Preparation:
- Add one kg of chicken, one teaspoon of salt, two teaspoons of ground red pepper, half a teaspoon of chopped black pepper, a quarter cup of ketchup, and two tablespoons of chili sauce and leave for 30 minutes.
- Heat half a cup of oil in a frying pan, add a teaspoon of garlic paste, and two chopped tomatoes and fry for five minutes.
- Then add the seasoned chicken and cook until the chicken is melted and the water is dry.
- Now heat two tablespoons of oil in another frying pan, add one chopped capsicum and one onion and fry for two minutes then add chicken and put it on low flame.
- Serve the Chicken Jalfrezi with four finely chopped green chilies and two tablespoons of chopped green coriander.
