Chicken Yakhni Pulao(Chicken Stock)...

Hello friends, today again we will learn to make a new recipe which is a very delicious and simple recipe. You may have heard its name. Chicken Yakhni Pulao.

Ingredients:

Chicken Yakhni:
  • 1 and a half kg chicken
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 4 to 5 garlic cloves
  • 7 to 8 whole black pepper
  • 7 to 8 cloves
  • 2 to 3 sticks of cinnamons
  • 1 tbsp cumin 
  • 1 black cardamom
  • 3 green cardamoms
  • 1 tbsp dried coriander
  • Salt as required
Gravy:
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 4 to 5 garlic cloves
  • 7 to 8 whole black pepper
  • 7 to 8 cloves
  • 2 to 3 sticks of cinnamons
  • 1 tbsp cumin 
  • 1 black cardamom
  • 3 green cardamoms
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chicken powder
  • Salt as required
  • 1 and a half kg of rice
Preparation:
  1. First, we have to make chicken yakhni and For this, we will put one and a half kg of chicken in a pan, then we will put a thickly chopped onion in it, four to five cloves of garlic. 
  2. We will now add the hot spices in it, 7 to 8 whole peppers, 7 to 8 cloves, 2 to 3 cinnamon sticks, a tablespoon of cumin, 1 black cardamom, and 3 green cardamoms, and finally a spoonful of dried coriander and salt as required, adding all these things and adding one and a half glass of water, we will cook it first till it comes to a boil. Now lighten the flame and cook until our chicken is tendered. When the yakhni is ready, separate the chicken from it and filter and keep the yakhni aside. Now let make it more delicious. 
  3. We will make a delicious spice that will make this hot pulao more delicious and a little spicier. 
  4. To make this we will put a little oil in a pan and add chopped onion and fry it. When the onion turns golden brown, add garlic ginger paste, and some hot spices.
  5. Add 1 black cardamom, 7 to 8 whole peppers, 7 to 8 cloves, 2 to 3 cinnamon sticks, a tablespoon of cumin, and 3 green cardamoms, and cook until a delicious aroma rises. 
  6. Add the chicken we have already boiled and cook for two to three minutes. Add one tablespoon of red chili powder, half a teaspoon of black pepper powder, and yogurt and cook till the spices are well fried. 
  7. Now add 2 tablespoons of chicken powder. 
  8. Now mix it well. Now add salt as required. Now wash the rice thoroughly and add it. We will cook it on high heat till the water reduce. If there is only a little left, keep the flame low. 
  9. When the rice is well cooked. Eat it yourself and enjoy it with your family. Don't forget to comment.
