GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH WITH MUSTARD SAUCE...
The perfect sandwich this summer looks like this: grilled chicken breast, crispy lettuce and basil, a tender bun, and, of course, a unique sauce.
Ingredients:
- Double bread big
- Two tablespoons of flour
- A teaspoon of chopped pepper
- A tablespoon of butter
- A cup of grated cheese
- A cup of boiled chicken finely chopped
- A cup of fresh milk
- A teaspoon of crushed white pepper
- Salt to taste
- A teaspoon of sugar
Preparation:
- Heat butter in a saucepan, then add flour and fry lightly
- Take the pan down and let it cool down a bit, then add milk and keep running the spoon and put it on the stove to cook again.
- When the sauce thickens, the white sauce is ready. Now add salt, sugar, white pepper, and chicken.
- Now cut the slice in half, first put butter on it, then spread the chicken with white sauce and spread it. Put cheese on it and sprinkle pepper in a large spread tray.
- Preheat the oven. When hot, grill for ten minutes. When the cheese melts and turns golden brown, the sandwich is ready.
