Swiss Roll Cake...

Ingredients:
  • Three eggs
  • A cup of sugar
  • A teaspoon of baking powder
  • A cup of cream
  • Two tablespoons icing sugar
  • Three tablespoons cocoa powder
  • Three to four cups of flour
  • A few drops of lemon juice
  • Water as required
Preparation:
  1. Beat eggs and sugar until they are fluffy, then add flour and baking powder and mix slowly, then add water and a few drops of lemon juice.
  2. The cake batter should not be too thick or too thin, so add water as needed.
  3. Oil the pan and spread the mixture. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and then bake the cake for ten to twelve minutes.
  4. Now whip the cream when the cream is slightly fluffy, add icing sugar and cocoa powder, and start whipping more. When the cake is ready, cool it down a bit.
  5. When the cake cools down a bit, spread this cream on it. If you want to add fruit in it, you can add your favorite fruits in this cream mixture.
  6. Now roll it slowly till it is completely rolled. Put it in a large bread envelope and keep it in the freezer for a while.
  7. Sprinkle a little pineapple juice on it if you want.
  8. Now our delicious swiss roll is ready. Make its pieces and enjoy it with your loved ones.
