Ingredients:
- Three eggs
- A cup of sugar
- A teaspoon of baking powder
- A cup of cream
- Two tablespoons icing sugar
- Three tablespoons cocoa powder
- Three to four cups of flour
- A few drops of lemon juice
- Water as required
Preparation:
- Beat eggs and sugar until they are fluffy, then add flour and baking powder and mix slowly, then add water and a few drops of lemon juice.
- The cake batter should not be too thick or too thin, so add water as needed.
- Oil the pan and spread the mixture. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and then bake the cake for ten to twelve minutes.
- Now whip the cream when the cream is slightly fluffy, add icing sugar and cocoa powder, and start whipping more. When the cake is ready, cool it down a bit.
- When the cake cools down a bit, spread this cream on it. If you want to add fruit in it, you can add your favorite fruits in this cream mixture.
- Now roll it slowly till it is completely rolled. Put it in a large bread envelope and keep it in the freezer for a while.
- Sprinkle a little pineapple juice on it if you want.
- Now our delicious swiss roll is ready. Make its pieces and enjoy it with your loved ones.
