Chicken Donuts...
Ingredients:
- Half a kilo of boiled potatoes
- 1/4 chicken mince
- A teaspoon of white vinegar
- A teaspoon of soy sauce
- A slice of double bread
- Salt to taste
- A quarter teaspoon of chopped pepper
- Breadcrumbs as required
- Two eggs
- Ketchup to taste
Preparation:
- Boil the potatoes well, peel them and mash them with a fork
- Now mix one teaspoon of soy sauce, one teaspoon of white vinegar in chicken mince, and dry the water.
- Then grind it in a chopper with a slice of bread, then mix well with minced potatoes and a little chopped pepper and salt to taste to make cutlets and make a space in the middle with your thumb and dip in two beaten eggs as required. Add breadcrumbs and fry.
- When they turn golden brown, remove and add ketchup as needed.
- Serve hot delicious chicken donuts.
