Chicken Donuts...


Ingredients:

  • Half a kilo of boiled potatoes
  • 1/4 chicken mince
  • A teaspoon of white vinegar
  • A teaspoon of soy sauce
  • A slice of double bread
  • Salt to taste
  • A quarter teaspoon of chopped pepper
  • Breadcrumbs as required
  • Two eggs
  •  Ketchup to taste

Preparation:

  1. Boil the potatoes well, peel them and mash them with a fork
  2. Now mix one teaspoon of soy sauce, one teaspoon of white vinegar in chicken mince, and dry the water.
  3. Then grind it in a chopper with a slice of bread, then mix well with minced potatoes and a little chopped pepper and salt to taste to make cutlets and make a space in the middle with your thumb and dip in two beaten eggs as required. Add breadcrumbs and fry.
  4. When they turn golden brown, remove and add ketchup as needed. 
  5. Serve hot delicious chicken donuts.
