Egg Pudding...


Egg pudding is a great dessert. Looks great on the table, has excellent taste. This pudding is very tender and airy. Try it, you will love it. Cooking description: To prepare egg pudding, grind the yolks with sugar and mix them with vanilla sugar, melted butter, flour, and whipped whites. Place the dough in a greased pan and steam for 25 minutes. Pour the syrup over the finished pudding and serve. Enjoy your meal!

 Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • Butter - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Egg - 4 Pieces
  • Flour - 300 Grams
  • Sugar - 150 Grams
  • Vanilla sugar pack - 1 Piece

Preparation:

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the whites into a foam.
  2. And rub the yolks with sugar.
  3. Add vanilla sugar, melted butter, and flour to the yolks.
  4. Then stir in the whipped egg whites.
  5. This pudding is best steamed. Ideally, you need a double boiler, but you can cook in a water bath as well. Grease a pudding tin with butter, add dough, and cook for 25 minutes. Pour the syrup over the finished pudding and serve.
