Egg pudding is a great dessert. Looks great on the table, has excellent taste. This pudding is very tender and airy. Try it, you will love it. Cooking description: To prepare egg pudding, grind the yolks with sugar and mix them with vanilla sugar, melted butter, flour, and whipped whites. Place the dough in a greased pan and steam for 25 minutes. Pour the syrup over the finished pudding and serve. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients:
- Butter - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Egg - 4 Pieces
- Flour - 300 Grams
- Sugar - 150 Grams
- Vanilla sugar pack - 1 Piece
Preparation:
- Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the whites into a foam.
- And rub the yolks with sugar.
- Add vanilla sugar, melted butter, and flour to the yolks.
- Then stir in the whipped egg whites.
- This pudding is best steamed. Ideally, you need a double boiler, but you can cook in a water bath as well. Grease a pudding tin with butter, add dough, and cook for 25 minutes. Pour the syrup over the finished pudding and serve.
