Super Delicious Gola Kebabs...
Ingredients:
- 1/2kg ground meat with fat ( strain moisture)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp chat masala
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chili flacks
- 1 tbsp gram flour
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1/2 cup fried onions
- 1 tbsp yogurt ( strain water)
- 1 tbsp ginger paste (strain water)
- 1 tbsp garlic paste(strain water)
- 1 tbsp green chili paste(strain water)
- 1 tbsp papaya paste ( strain water)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Coal for smoke
- Oil as required.
Preparation:
- First, we will mix all the spices and mince together.
- Then add curd, green chili paste, and ginger garlic paste.
- Add a tablespoon of papaya paste Which will help to tenderize it.
- Finally, add a tablespoon of lemon juice now mix them all well.
- Then we will give it coal smoke.
- Then make round kebabs.
- Heat the pan well before.
- Now put two tablespoons of oil in the hot pan and put all the kebabs in the pan one by one.
- It is very important to heat the pan beforehand when we add kebabs, it will cook before releasing water, and that way our kebabs won't break.
- Pour oil on top and cook well on both sides
- That's how our super delicious Gola Kebabs are ready to serve.
