Peppered Meat Eid Special...
Ingredients:
- 2 kg of meat
- 2 large onion
- 4 green chilies chopped
- 2-inch piece of ginger
- 1 bunch of garlic (15 cloves)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp salt or as required
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup yogurt
Preparation:
- The first step is to cook the meat in your cooker.
- Now add meat, garlic, and onion in cooker.
- Add salt and turmeric powder and pour two glasses of water and close.
- And cook until the meat is tender.
- Take the meat out of the cooker and put it in the pan.
- Add yogurt and cook more.
- Add half the pepper and oil and fry. Cook until the water is dry
- Add chopped green chilies and keep running the spoon.
- Cook until the water is dry
- When the water is dry, add butter.
- And add half of the black pepper and ginger that we left behind and fry well.
- Now take it out of the dish and garnish it with black pepper, ginger, and green chilies. And serve hot.
