Peppered Meat Eid Special...

Ingredients:
  • 2 kg of meat
  • 2 large onion
  • 4 green chilies chopped
  • 2-inch piece of ginger
  • 1 bunch of garlic (15 cloves)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp salt or as required
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup yogurt
Preparation:
  1. The first step is to cook the meat in your cooker.
  2. Now add meat,  garlic, and onion in cooker.
  3. Add salt and turmeric powder and pour two glasses of water and close.
  4. And cook until the meat is tender.
  5. Take the meat out of the cooker and put it in the pan.
  6. Add yogurt and cook more.
  7. Add half the pepper and oil and fry. Cook until the water is dry 
  8. Add chopped green chilies and keep running the spoon.
  9. Cook until the water is dry
  10. When the water is dry, add butter.
  11. And add half of the black pepper and ginger that we left behind and fry well.
  12. Now take it out of the dish and garnish it with black pepper, ginger, and green chilies. And serve hot.
