Chicken Cream Herb (Chicken Malai Boti)...


Ingredients:

  • Half a kilo of chicken cut into cubes
  • A cup of cream
  • 1/4 kg yogurt
  • Two lemon juice
  • Two tablespoons crushed coconut or coconut milk half a cup
  • Half a teaspoon of crushed raw papaya
  • Half a teaspoon of chopped red pepper
  • Mix half a teaspoon of hot spices
  • A pinch of crushed white pepper
  • Salt as needed
  • Two tablespoons of oil
  • Preparation:

  1. Put the chicken in a sieve so that the water drains well
  2. Now put all the spices, yogurt, cream, and lemon juice on the chicken and put it in the fridge for one hour for marination.
  3. Put the oil in the pan and spread it well. Now add the chicken and cook on low heat.
  4.  When the chicken water is dry, stir fry the chicken quickly and stir well so that the spices stick well on the chicken.
  5. Turn off the stove if there is a slight redness. It is better to have chicken boneless and it does not matter if there is no raw papaya.
  6. Now take the chicken out of the plate and garnish with a little cream on top.
