Chicken Cream Herb (Chicken Malai Boti)...
Ingredients:
- Half a kilo of chicken cut into cubes
- A cup of cream
- 1/4 kg yogurt
- Two lemon juice
- Two tablespoons crushed coconut or coconut milk half a cup
- Half a teaspoon of crushed raw papaya
- Half a teaspoon of chopped red pepper
- Mix half a teaspoon of hot spices
- A pinch of crushed white pepper
- Salt as needed
- Two tablespoons of oil
- Preparation:
- Put the chicken in a sieve so that the water drains well
- Now put all the spices, yogurt, cream, and lemon juice on the chicken and put it in the fridge for one hour for marination.
- Put the oil in the pan and spread it well. Now add the chicken and cook on low heat.
- When the chicken water is dry, stir fry the chicken quickly and stir well so that the spices stick well on the chicken.
- Turn off the stove if there is a slight redness. It is better to have chicken boneless and it does not matter if there is no raw papaya.
- Now take the chicken out of the plate and garnish with a little cream on top.
