Prepare small elastic meatballs and serve them as a snack on skewers at a celebration or at a party reception.
Ingredients:
- 900 gr. lean ground beef
- 250 gr. minced pork
- 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp. Italian herbs
- 0.5 tbsp. milk
- parsley leaves, finely chopped
- 4 medium eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, minced
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the minced meat, crackers, milk, parsley, eggs, garlic, and onions. Salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate for half an hour. Form the meatballs and place them on the foil-covered baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Bake for 25-30 minutes depending on the size of the balls.
