Lebanese Kabob 


Arrangement 10 min 

Cooking 20 min 

Servings individual 4 

Ingredients:

½ kg of meat mince

1 cup sheep fat (discretionary)

1 pack parsley 

 1 huge Minced onion

1 tbsp Cumin seeds

 1 tbsp Garlic

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp White pepper

1 tsp oregano 

1 tsp Cinnamon powder

2 cups of bread pieces 

6 tbsp Oil 

Preparation:

In a bowl include every one of the ingredients with the exception of oil and blend well. 

At that point granulate and make long kabob.

Presently heat oil in a container and fry kabob on high warmth for 2 to 3 minutes.

At that point bring down the warmth and cook for further 8 to 10 minutes. Serve.
