1/2 cup Pineapple juice
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Frozen Mango
1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple, Diced
1 Banana, Chopped
Put all ingredients in a blender, blend them all. If you like then you can add 1 tsp of grated ginger in a blender too... Now you have your Monday morning super easy and delicious smoothy for a great start.
Tuesday: Orange Smoothy...
1/2 Cup Orange Juice.
1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt.
1 Small Orange, Peeled and Frozen.
1/2 Peach, Peeled and Diced.
1 Carrot, Grated.
Blend them all and enjoy this amazing healthy smoothy you can share this with your friends as well they will appreciate too... Have a great day!
Wednesday: Red Smoothie...
1/2 Cup Almond Milk.
1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt.
1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries.
1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries.
1/2 Cup Frozen Watermelon.
Blend them and enjoy it. The beautiful red color will make you more energetic the whole day.
Thursday: Purple Smoothie...
1/2 Vanilla Greek Yogurt.
1/2 Cup Frozen Blackberries.
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup Cherries, Pitted.
Blend it have it and put your all stress aside with a beautiful start have a great day.
Friday: Green Smoothie...
1/2 Cup Orange Juice.
1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt.
1/2 Avocado, Peeled.
2 Kiwis, Peeled.
1 Handful Of Baby Spinach.
It is a healthy smoothie and detox as well whole day long feel fresh. So must try this. Fruits are really beneficial for you, so must take them in your daily routine life.
